Hey, I'am Yova.

I’ve always been drawn to complicated things.

Not because I necessarily enjoy making them complicated, but because ✨I’m curious about what happens beneath the surface✨. Why does a problem exist in the first place? What do people actually need, beyond what they say they need? And how do we turn all of that into something that works—not just in theory, but in the real world?

For the past 6+ years, I’ve worked across User Research, Product Management, and Project Management in EdTech and Healthcare. My work has taken me from listening to users and understanding their problems, to shaping ideas, planning products, coordinating teams, and navigating the complexities of real-world operations.

Somewhere along the way, I realised that what interests me most is the space between people, problems, and systems.

I enjoy understanding how things work, noticing where they break, and asking whether there is a better way to build them. Currently, I work in Healthcare Technology, where the problems are rarely simple and the things we build can have a very real impact on how people work and receive care.

I’m also exploring how AI can change the way we discover problems, document knowledge, and build products—not as an end in itself, but as another way to help us think, work, and build better.

Always open to conversations about Product, Research, Healthcare Technology, AI, and the messy, fascinating process of building things that matter
