I've always been drawn to complicated things.

Not because I enjoy making them complicated, but because ✨I'm curious about what lies beneath the surface✨. Why does something work for one person but not another? Where does the friction really begin? And what happens when people, systems, and business goals don't quite align?

Over the past six years, I've worked across User Research, Product Management, and Project Management in EdTech and Healthcare. My work has taken me from listening to users and uncovering their needs to shaping products, coordinating teams, and navigating the realities of bringing ideas to life.

Somewhere along the way, I realised that what excites me most isn't just building products—it's making sense of complexity. I enjoy untangling messy workflows, connecting scattered dots, and turning uncertainty into decisions people can actually move forward with.

Today, I work in Healthcare Technology, where complexity is part of everyday work and small decisions can have a meaningful impact on how people deliver and receive care.

Lately, I've also been exploring how AI can support the way we research, document knowledge, and build products—not as a replacement for human thinking, but as a tool that helps us think more clearly and create with greater intention.
